Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 ounces Irish whiskey
1/2 teaspoon Pernod
1/2 teaspoon curaçao
1/2 teaspoon maraschino
Dash Angostura bitters
1/2 cup crushed ice
Twist orange peel
Olive (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, except the orange peel and olive, in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and add the peel and the olive.
