Ingredients

1/2 lb sashimi grade ahi
1 bottle Crispin Original (12 ounces)
2 avocados diced into cubes
2 tbsp ponzu
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp green onions minced
4 large rice crackers cut into quarters

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    In a small sauce pan pour entire bottle of Crispin and honey. Reduce to 3-4 tablespoons. About 15-20 minutes

    Step 2

    While sauce is reducing cube avocado and ahi and place in large bowl with minced green onions

    Step 3

    Once sauce is reduced mix in ponzu and allow to cool

    Step 4

    One sauce is cool pour over ahi mix and gently stir to coat

    Step 5

    Chill for about a half hour before serving

    Step 6

    Serve as an amuse bouche to start your dinner or group app for everyone to try with rice crackers and Crispin Original
