2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground mace

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon crushed saffron threads
