Brasserie Perrier
Restaurant
Brasserie Perrier was the second restaurant of renowned Philadelphia chef and restaurateur Georges Perrier. Opened in 1997, it was considered the casual sibling to Perrier’s haute-cuisine darling, Le Bec-Fin. Though Brasserie Perrier closed its doors in 2009, the restaurant's spirit lives on at Bistro Perrier, the student-run establishment at Walnut Hill College that serves a menu inspired by Chef Perrier, who became a master-in-residence at the culinary school in 2017, teaching classes, leading workshops, hosting special dinners, and generally mentoring students on the WHC Campus.
