Anna Maria Musco Dominici is a cook, culinary historian, and founder of L'Accademia Enogastronomica Siciliana. She is the co-author of two books, Il cibo è festa and Mangiare di festa, on Sicilian recipes and culinary traditions. In 2006, she was featured in Gourmet as one of the founding hosts of Home Food, now called Cesarine, a company that organizes dinners prepared by nonprofessional Italian cooks in their own homes.
