Spicy Horseradish Sauce

Use this sauce as a dip for hush puppies, toss with cabbage for a quick slaw, or use it as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free mayonnaise (I like Hellmann’s)
1/4 cup prepared horseradish, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine the mayonnaise and horseradish and mix until uniform. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
