1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup miniature marshmallows
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring frequently, until melted and thoroughly combined, about 6 minutes. Let the mixture cool for at least 20 minutes before using.
