Crushed ice
1 ounce brandy
1 ounce Cointreau
6 ounces chilled champagne
Mint sprigs
Preparation
Half-fill a 12-ounce highball glass with crushed ice. Pour in the brandy and Cointreau and fill with champagne. Garnish with mint.
